Grupo A.Z.I 6 entered the Spanish market at the end of 1995 and from the very start of its business activities it has been defining itself as a Property Developer Group with a focus on client service and a well defined objective to initiate and participate in real estate projects of certain scope, even when this involved having to resolve processes of a certain or a high degree of technical complexity.

        The company has kept a fully family-based business structure from its origins and invested significant private resources in consolidating its position within the real estate competitive industry.

        The geographical location of its projects was for the first few initial years limited to the provinces of Malaga and Ceuta, in Spain. But for approximately the last four years, it has taken the necessary steps in order to position the business group’s activities within the international market with several projects, some of which are of great repercussion and scope in Morocco, particularly in towns such as Tanger and Marrakech. In this regard, we would like to take this opportunity to state our most firm and determined commitment with the environment and the sustainability of natural resources by planning and developing projects that are integrated within their environment without causing an impact.

        The Group has attained a high level of specialisation throughout all these years and managed to professionalize the different processes of its business, which include the analysis of investments in Building Land and Non-building Land for their planning with the use of the different planning instruments available and their final development following planning re-classification.
